Begging for Grace

United States Premiere

Chronicles the social and economic world of “Freeway,” a forty-something, heroin addicted panhandler on Chicago’s westside. A gritty slice of life, the film documents the social and physiological patterns of a person who seemingly thrives in an environment most would find repulsive. Begging for Grace brings the viewer to the addict’s corner where illicit drugs enjoy abundance and friendship may last as few as 30 seconds.
