A certificate will be mailed to you, but actual passes will be held at Will Call at The Wilma, and available for pick up during the week of the festival. Bring valid ID. All passes and tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
IMPORTANT! Pass holders will have immediate entrance to the theater. We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes early for all daytime screenings and at least 30 minutes early for all evening screenings if you're purchasing tickets at the door. Barring any unforeseen technical difficulties, SCREENINGS WILL START ON TIME.
