Thanks for your interest in volunteering during the 2012 Big Sky Documentary Film Festival. Without the volunteered support of more than 150 Missoulians every year, we could not make the festival happen. Please indicate your availability to volunteer in the form below; use the comments section to express preferences about what jobs you want to do or how many shifts you can work. As always, volunteers will receive a complimentary t-shirt for working as well as a free screening pass for each shift worked (to be distributed during your shift unless other arrangements are required). Stalwart volunteers who work 40 hours over the course of the festival will receive all-access passes good for screenings, parties and special events.

Once the festival schedule is finalized in mid-January you will receive an email proposing your schedule so keep an eye out for it beginning the fourth week of January. We usually fill every shift with preference for experienced volunteers but there is room for new people every year so pass this info on to your friends but fill out the form first because there’s a bit of a first-come, first-served element to the completing the schedule.
