A modernized 1920s vaudeville house-turned live event venue on the banks of the Clark Fork river, The Wilma is a state-of-the-art facility within a spectacular historic building. Locally owned an operated by Logjam Presents, The Wilma is the stunning centerpiece of Missoula’s live entertainment scene and has been home to BSDFF since 2005.

The ZACC Show Room is located in the heart of downtown Missoula in the beautiful, historic Studebaker Building, the new permanent home of the vibrant Zootown Arts Community Center as well as the Big Sky Film Institute!

The Missoula Community Theater is the headquarters of the world's largest touring children's theater. A repurposed schoolhouse building, MCT is a state of the art performance facility that transforms into a cinema during the annual BSDFF.

The Roxy is Missoula's beloved independent movie house, a nonprofit theater that seeks to make the world a better place through the power of cinema. Located on the south side of the Clark Fork river, The Roxy will host Hip Strip screenings of BSDFF 2025!
DocShop Venue: Missoula Public Library455 E Main Street

The official venue for DocShop 2026, the brand new, state-of-the-art Missoula Public Library welcomes all people in pursuit of their freedom to read, learn, and discover. Find DocShop events on the 4th Floor in the Cooper Meeting Rooms. Note: The Big Sky Pitch portion of DocShop will take place Friday, Feb 20 at the Missoula Children's Theater.
