Rainforest: The Limit of Splendour
Growing up on Canada’s Pacific coast, Richard Boyce enjoyed the forest but never truly delved into the rainforest of Vancouver Island. His friendship with an elderly clan chief named Kwaxsistalla (Chief Adam Dick) of the Kwaxkwaka’wakw people, inspired him to embark on a cinematic journey to observe if the ancient forest can survive the massive industrial tree farming that is decimating the landscape surrounding his home.
